I’m passionately in favor of remote-first employment for workers who prefer it.
I am definitely not a fan of the 2023 statistic that 90% of employers plan to call employees back to work.
To help you find remote-first employers, I created this list. I’ll add to it over time and delete any employer who stops supporting remote employment. To be included here, the employer must be fully remote or remote-first, meaning most employees can work from home. This list does not include hybrid employers who expect most employees to come into the office every week, so if you discover one of these employers has switched to a mostly hybrid model, please contact me so I can remove them.
